MetroCard. Finally.
To prepare the 100,000 passengers who ride the county’s Bee-Line bus system for the transition to MetroCard, Westchester County developed a major outreach and marketing effort. Working with the MTA, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements and promotional materials carried varied themes and messages directed to specific target audiences.
The Empire State Games. Wow? Wow!
For the first time in its 30th year history, Westchester County hosted the prestigious Empire State Games, the largest amateur sporting event, next to the Olympics. More than 6,000 athletes competed in the nearly 40 events at venues all over the county. With thousands of spectators visiting the area, the county launched a major marketing campaign to highlight the significance of the event to the local economy. Our thematic approach – WOW - was carried throughout with promotional materials, flyers, programs, bus advertisements and other transit poster designs.
